It's a Saturday here in St. Louis, and the weather's good enough for the windows to be open. Soon, my allergies will probably start to make me consider closing them, but for now I have this freshly baked loaf of no-knead whole wheat bread.
Tomorrow, I'll have a couple slices, toasted with some jam, and maybe a sandwich for lunch sometime during the week. (If it lasts that long, of course.)
Ah. Nothing better than baking on a beautiful weekend.
